• Job Details:Being a smart member of a dynamic team at UCH gas field Dera Bugti, Baluchistan, where the client was OGDCL and consultant was ENAR, and where my key responsibilities at the site were: OPERATION MANAGEMENT: • Effective supervision of all sorts of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting activities. • Carrying out all sorts of official documentation, preparation of reports, arranging quotations, BOQ, technical presentations. • Training, motivating and encouraging subordinates to increase efficiency and team work. • Continuous improvement and introducing innovative procedures based on engineering standards to reduce operational cost and increase efficiency. • Developing SOPs to standardize operations. INSTALLATION: • Planning and making installation schedules and implementing activities based on these schedules • Making changes in mechanical drawings based on condition and tolerance of site conditions • Complete responsibility in accomplishing the installation by adopting all safety measures and handing over the equipments to client with great customer satisfaction • Making project cost control by monitoring man hours and material • Attending meetings quite regularly with main contractors to discuss the status of job • Ensuring safety to be followed any time to enhance the productivity and safety of personnel and assets. MAINTENANCE: • Planning and making maintenance schedules and implementing activities on these schedules • Planning of the quantity of maintenance material required per unit of the equipment • Monitoring Operations and offer assistance with regards to standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Ensuring jobs being carried out as per company’s given scope of work (SOP) • Supervising and allocating manpower • Ensuring compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all the work sites • Ensuring compliance of waste management as per company’s safety standards • Ensuring scaffolding safety through regular inspection • Participating in safety meetings and daily toolbox talks • Providing the necessary coordination with the supporting departments • Reporting of incidents/accidents and participation in investigations • Implementing company safety standards and policies through trainings, inspection and audits
