• Job Details:Work to distill and organize technical and commercial proposal data into spreadsheets and word documents and/or databases. Analyze project requirements and gather necessary information to prepare proposals. Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, including scope of work, project timelines, and cost estimates. Conduct technical research and feasibility studies to support proposal development. Ensure that proposals comply with company standards and meet client specifications. Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing and availability of materials and services. Review and revise proposals based on client feedback and requirements. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to project execution. Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to enhance proposal competitiveness. Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings and bid presentations.
