Conducts function / quality checks to ensure sustainability of repair work conducted, using the support of retrofit or complex special equipment. Organizes the sequence of job cards, informs technician of time limitations for job completion and monitors their performance time..

• Job Details:Acting as workshop manger Supervise and organize the Workshop resources (Team leaders, time keepers, office supplies, computer system, etc.) to achieve their KPI Ensure the speedy and appropriate repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and compliance with all the company’s policies and procedures. Ensure a high quality of work in the workshop area (deadlines, execution, and billing) in order to meet customers’ requirements. Ensure that team leaders take proper care of a customer car who has returned work or who has a complaint on the service . Interfering in technical faults diagnosis &solving the sophisticated problems  Ensuring high level of technical skills  Auditing the jobs to minimize the return ones  Communicate with skoda technical  support  section to solve complicated issues
