Planner and Cost control Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:Develop Master Schedule Baselines For Projects at Tendering Stage. Develop Schedule Baselines (cost loaded) for Projects that Company has contracted for executing including Resources Histogram, Budgeted Total Cost… etc. Report weekly Projects Status For management and Projects manager including (Performance % Complete – Scheduled % Complete – 2 weeks Look ahead – Critical Activities – etc.). Report monthly Project Status For Client including information he intend to gather. Prepare and Update project procurement schedule and status register. I estimate each Project expected Cash Flow and determine later (CV, SV, CPI, CPI, BAC, EAC, etc.) I recommend corrective actions according Projects Status. Projects Budget for current year is nearly 1 Billion pounds as (Pyramids Heights: 70 Million Pounds – Fouka Bay: 96 Million Pounds - …etc.)

Planner and Cost control Engineer Full Time

• Job Details: I estimate the planned cost of each item of the BOQ during planning stage of company projects, then I collect daily reports from site engineers including actual cost, then I define variance and calculate various KPIs like (CPI – CV – EAC - … ) reporting it back for top management . I assist in creating WBS for different projects, defining activities, sequencing activities, assign resources, develop SCHEDULE, and maintain & update the Schedule Baseline (using P6) Issue status reports as needed by management, and support project manager in integrating the project progress. Communicate project manager’s decisions for relevant stakeholders. Assisting in monitoring actual progress vs planned by collecting data from sites. Determining project status and suggest corrective actions (crashing, fast tracking…) If required. Influencing the factors that create schedule changes. For many projects in 6th October City and many other sites (last project: Building 36 units for 6th October city Authority with total budget (36*3.2) 115 million pounds).

• Job Details:During this project I've supervised on constructing a 72 buildings with a total budget (185 Million Egyptian Pounds)as Consultant Engineer with highly experienced consultants from The Housing – Building National Research Center In Cairo
