• Job Details:•Ensure inventory shrinkage is kept to an absolute minimum by implementing proper controls. •Ensure accurate inventory quantities and safety levels are maintained at all facilities nationally. •Ensure inventory shrinkage is kept to an absolute minimum by implementing proper controls •Ensure inventory data integrity checks and variation reports are done at all times. •Implement systems & tools that will ensure highest inventory accuracy is maintained to support the business. •Ensure all warehouses / distribution inventory processes are correctly documented in SOPs and teams are trained accordingly. •Investigate & identify root causes of inventory discrepancies in receiving & dispatch processes and develop corrective actions to eliminate recurrence. •Maintain report and distribute all warehouse / distribution inventory KPIs. •Ensure all warehouse / distribution inventory training is up to date and documented. •Audit Inventory movements in Dispatch, Household and other departmental processes. •Ensure rework stock, Co-packer stock, outside storage and Manufacturing inventory transactions are completed correctly and reconciled. •Plan, lead and direct daily, weekly and monthly Stock counts from a systems perspective for all locations nationally. •Constantly review storage capacity planning, set up and optimization to ensure business is not interrupted. •Optimize material flow in warehouse. • Job Details: • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant inventory to maximize storage space reduce working capital. •Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system. Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital. • Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations. • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks. • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital. • Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure. • Ensure materials are ready and available for production as when required. • Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received. • Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation. • Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions. • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes. • Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly. • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts;  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Following –up all tasks of all storekeepers in warehouses.  Following –up commitment per storage policy through monthly auditing by field visits .  Treatment and analysis of damage items and dead stock.  Opening all the new warehouses.  Adherence to view all troubleshooting in warehouses and provide solutions  Preparation the organization chart for warehouse dept.  Preparation the policy and procedure for warehouses dept .  Preparation the job descriptions for all warehouses dept .  Treatment and analysis of damage items and dead stock.  Ensure a good controller to all warehouses to get ready to annual inventory .  Develops Long Range Plans for each capability, including assessment of future use of capability across each function & activity .
