o Create and update companies’ structures (in terms of Sectors, Departments and Sections) and titles’ families.
o Create job descriptions for all titles for more than 1000 employees.
o Create and update all organisational charts for companies of the group.
o Manage the annual evaluation project for all groups' employees and departments.
o Scan all received evaluation forms for comments and TNA process.
o Help proofread, update and organise the groups' Manuel in both English and Arabic.
o Prepare and submit all requested reports by OD Manager or HR Director.

Training and Development:
o Collect, organise and categorise all TN requests.
o Contact training centres and providers to reach best deals.
o Send best providers' profiles to OD Manager for approval and final selection.
o Help organise training schedule in coordination with departments’ employees and managers.
o Assist instructor/ providers with any needed items or tasks.
o Request feedback from training attendees to ensure satisfaction and benefit.
