Prepared daily reports of plant operation (total production / distribution / equipment failure if any). Developed and implemented training plans and safety orientation for new workers. Managed operational staff work schedules to minimize work stress and overtime. Evaluated & assigned duties to all the workers in the day shift and night shift. Approved work permits for all work activities in the plant. Ensured operational staff and other temporary assigned people adhere to safety practices and procedures. Performed start-up & shutdown of the MED plant independently if required as per the management and client’s instructions.

Panel Operator / Safety Coordinator

• Job Details:Monitored and evaluated all operating parameters and made necessary adjustments in the HMI systems to maintain normalized operation of the MED plant. Ensured daily that all chemical dosing pumps before and after the treatment of the MED plant are all working and dosing properly. Identified and troubleshoot process equipment, process problems and worked towards solutions. Inspected plant and machinery regularly to monitor operational status of all SCADA equipment’s by acknowledging and responding to alarms from MED plant. Maintained water treatment chemical inventories and ensured that all chemicals are ordered and delivered on proper time. Recommended instrument calibration to maintain the required operating parameters of the plant. Communicated and coordinated with field operators for any adjustments needed to be done in the field. Reported unsafe conditions and gave feedback for safety improvements to plant manager. Posted warning signs on areas that will cause potential hazard to the workers. Maintained proper records of all operating parameters and abnormalities. Received and responded to client calls regarding water quality, water composition and other related matters.

Systems Analyst

• Job Details:Installed, configured and troubleshoot desktop, hardware, and software issues. Created schedules and prepared internal and data system reports for backup management. Performed maintenance of systems at regular intervals. Installed hardware and software upgrades to ensure work is performed as per the company policy. Communicated with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.
