• Job Details:Specialized in Maintenance of Cement and Steel Production lines to protect it against wear and damaged pipe lines. Doing site visit inspection in companies to allocate the damage in production lines that need maintenance. Study for project overall budget and time line schedule. Following up with the suppliers for supplying needed materials in time. Design workshop drawing for fabrication using 3D modeling programs (solidworks). Following & Supervising fabrication procedure marking,sheet metal works operations cutting , assembling, welding, Applying modification on designs as work requirements and applying it to the site.  In charge of site installation and supervision of labors.  Coordinating between subcontractors to ensure work done with in schedule timeline. Revising all related documents as Contract, Specifications, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Time Schedule, Vendor List.  Testing systems after installation. Directly report to Project manager regarding Daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure that all safety precautions are being followed by organizing weekly Tool Box meetings.
