Coordinating with The Medical Insurance Company for Registering New comers and Deducting old staff and Follow up with them any Staff Claims and to add some members on the Chronic system .
- Follow up with the Medical Insurance Company if there is any inquiries or problems Also The Billing Payment .
- Organizing corporate events and (internal | external) meetings.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Annually reports for All Staff vacations.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports for Staff Attendance.
- Prepare Annually Vacation Report for All The Managers to CEO.
