• Job Details:I worked as a contractor Agent in the Activation and Customer Information Department For Orange Company From 10/09/2014, where I was able to increase my experience in the field of the customer service. I worked as an Assist in the Activation and Customer Information Department For Orange Company and that progress was due to my high performance. Working as an assist made me learn how to deal with several tasks at the same time such as handling activation tasks for first class customers. Also we as an assist team used to handle shift leader tasks and during that period I was able to deal with the complicated problems and tasks that are handled by shift leaders. I also worked as an agent in the MNP Department.
