Planning Engineer - Electrical

• Job Details:Review the contract & scope of works, preparation of planning schedule, co-ordinate with project manager & discipline engineers using 'Primavera P6 or MS Project', establishing PMS in order to track the project schedule, incorporate resource and/or cost loading data into schedules as required, preparation of budget and monitoring with actual, assist project managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems, continuously monitor progress against baseline schedule and task proactive steps to publish look ahead schedules and recommended corrective actions where required, continuously trouble shoots and provides project manager early warnings on baseline schedules, provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedule, preparation of cash flow statement as monthly wise, preparation and submission of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports including ‘S’ curves & manpower histogram updating on P6 & MS Project, preparing & issuing the look ahead plan to the discipline engineers, continuously monitor the progress as per look ahead schedule with discipline engineers, guide discipline engineers on close monitoring of progress as per detailed schedule, preparation of monthly invoices as per approved PMS/BOQ, monitoring on resource requirements, planning and scheduling, weekly progress review meetings to highlight on the critical areas and immediate actions.

Planning Engineer - Electrical

• Job Details:Review the contract & scope of works, preparation of planning schedule co-ordinate with manager & discipline engineers using 'Primavera & MS Project', establishing BOQ rate in order to track the project schedule, preparation of project cost analysis (PCA) and monitoring with actual project expenses and co-ordinate with accounts department, preparation and submission of daily, weekly & monthly & annual progress reports including ‘S’ curves & manpower histogram updating on P6 & MS Project, monthly review progress presentation with client, preparation of estimates for electrical work as per drawings, preparing & issuing the look ahead plan to the discipline engineers, monitoring the project activity with discipline engineers as per look ahead plan, guide discipline engineers on close monitoring of progress as per detailed schedule, preparation of RA bills based on physical progress & BOQ rate, co-ordinate with client to certify the RA bills and fund transfer, materials reconciliation cross checks with store department, preparation & checking vendor invoices as per physical progress, monitoring on resource requirements, planning and scheduling, weekly progress review meetings to highlight on the critical areas and immediate actions.

Electrical Engineer

• Job Details:Maintenance of MV/LV panel boards & field controls, testing of the transformers, earthing system, relays, panel boards and circuit breakers, calibration of metering units and relays, fire fighting and safety maintenance, daily generation report (fuel, water and energy) preparation work, trouble shooting of transformer, switch gears and circuit breakers, commissioning activity for the already built objectives (power plant – 4 'General Electric' gas turbine generators – 30 MVA, and the rest of chemistry installations) and punch-list clearance then necessary in cooperation with the each responsible subcontractor, responsible for fire water system (regarding electrical & instrumentation), and heat tracing systems for all utility area.
