Executive - Parts logisticsFull Time

• Job Details:Planning and Operations: o Currently handling a team of 50 members to complete the assigned task for day-to-day activities. o Manpower planning for the day operation , Weekly and monthly timing schedule update o Scheduling the Coordinating with Domestic/Export sales orders .3000 line items / day o Ensuring the Export and Domestic orders Packaging distributed efficiently and accurately in order to meet customer needs., o Overview of packaging operation and material handling equipment. o Processing customer orders & Sales returns o Monitoring timely execution of orders and prepare various MIS Reports. o Planning future capacity requirements o Picking the orders based on the customer sequence for better productivity. o Monitoring the picking & packing efficiency and reviewing for improvement. o Ensuring & updating the Delivery advice. o Motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets. o Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly. o Evaluated current operations and processes o Ensuring the Customer satisfaction in CTC counter ie., Timely dispatching of packed goods to the customer with in the agreed cutoff time for all the Domestic and Export customers o Safety norms & precautions for handling materials o ESRN reviewing and analysis for better result. o Product issue parts identifying and corrective action from the supplier. o Service parts in all the Branch, Coordination and maintaining the optimum stock and to ensure correct stock update and processing the OHA. o Organizing and developing the new packaging material. Storage and Inventory Management.: o Handling of 50000 lines items in the storage area by multi location concept with multi brand parts. o Brands wise storage arrangement in 4TIER /PLT / BULK Top brands like SACHS//MAHLE/WABCO/ELR/HST/JST/INC/BFT/NEXEN/NANKANG etc., o Ensuring the Inventory control procedures and perpetual stock verification. o Monitoring the Material flow from the storage 4TIER/PLT&BULK; Location. o Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy. o Ensuring and monitoring the parts receiving , Binning , replenishment on time. o Maintaining the storage utilization effectively by doing Health check and AUDIT. o Responsible for ensuring periodic internal audit & stock management Inbound and outbound Operation: o Monitoring the status of incoming supplies , and ensuring the goods are received and stored as per the requirements. o Consignment priority update and accordingly unloading the goods in receipt dock. o Ensuring the Check sort done based on the packing list from the supplier end. o Delivery Scheduling and coordinating for Local and Export shipment o Ensuring the all the paperwork is properly maintained, Material Exit request / Gate pass / Material delivered for all the shipments out of the stores o Customer claims study and analysis for corrective action. o Supplier returns monitoring and analyzing the root cause for the problems and corrective action. o Understanding of the company’s polices and vision of parts logistics centre o Timely dispatching the goods to the customer / Cargo place. o Liaise with customer and supplier.

Engineer - Materials ManagementFull Time

• Job Details:Material Handling : o Effective utilisation of Manpower in shop floor. o Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets. o Maintaining optimum stock levels to decrease inventory holding costs. o Carrying out regular quality audits at suppliers end to ensure quality standards as per specifications. o Implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of raw material, procurement costs, and logistics cost. o Handling of rejected parts, Accounting, scraping and reworking etc..,, o Involved in the New Project right from its pilot stage to material and resource planning and stabilization for mass production. o Implementing strategies for optimal utilization of all resources, thus achieving a reduction in production costs. o Identifying areas of improvement for material handling of different model automobiles, having different material specifications. o FIFO,5S Maintaining in storage area. o CKD parts pilot project and mass production stage material storage area arrangement and effective control of parts.., o CKD Parts handling procedures and Proper Countermeasure for unsolved problems. o CKD parts rejection analysis , claim follow up and Packing improvements etc.,, o Critical items stock maintaining to avoid unexpected o Safety norms followed in shop floor. Material Control: o Material planning for the day production. o Material Master data maintenance in SAP o Monthly PO Creation and quantity amendment. o BOM vs ALC Consistency ensuring. o Aging Parts analysis. o Non moving and slow moving material analysis and decision making. o EO parts co ordination o Inventory control and Process innovation o Daily Perpetual stock update and variance stock to be analysis o Good receipt Note follow up o Good issue checking and co ordination to spec control team. o System Improvement o Monthly Vendor performance data evaluation and ranking the suppliers. o Vendor material lead time calculation to maintain the optimum inventory level. o Random audit will be done to ensure the right material at right time. o Rejection and Returnable document maintenance. o Conduct quality checks for incoming material to maintain quality of raw material and reduce rejections. o Devise measures for disposal of the rejected material and suggest modifications for reducing rejections on shop floor.
