• Job Details:1. Receives all the External Invoices, makes sure that it belongs to the Company, and revises figures according to each party’s tariff, and the vessel’s particulars. 2. Reviews the disbursement Invoices issued by the Shipping Accountant, ensuring that all the costs are added. 3. Reviews Debit Notes, and Credit Notes. 4. Reviews Statements of Accounts, and carries out the necessary settlements to ensure the accordance between them and the Books. 5. Credit, defining any Credit Balance, if any, to be deducted later. 6. Handles sales tax, and Tax Statement, ensuring paying in time. 7. Handles commercial and industrial tax. 8. Reviews Final Accounts, and Total Entries. 9. Prepares Trial Balance. 10. Issues credit note for SCA reductions, to the owners.
