• Job Details:• Request customs requirements from the customers "both shipper and consignee". • Follow up the clearance process with brokers at all customs sites . • Handle the governmental approvals in order to release shipments from customs. • Responsible for night shift clearance and preclearance. • Handle all re-export , repair and return shipments. • Attend new customers meetings to set up the clearance process. • Solve all customers complains regarding customs process and follow up with customs in order to release shipment. • Answer customers inquiries concerning customs regulations before sending shipments . • Handle all international mails/calls regarding customs rules and tariff .

Importation specialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Receive the medical requisitions from the production planners and issue purchase orders. • Follow up purchase orders with suppliers till arrival. • Control the process of receiving orders and agreed the time of receiving orders with production. • Responsible for local chemicals transportation to all company’s warehouses. • Maintain records of goods ordered and received. • Review purchase order claims and take the necessary action with suppliers . • Responsible for updating the purchase contracts and rates according to company rules. • Locate vendors inside or outside Egypt for materials, equipment, and supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales • Issue insurance policies for all imported items and follow up compensation process • Responsible for changing items from technical grades to pharma grades project • Attending quality meeting to check monthly problems in the factory ( tiger team )
