• Job Details:● The full responsibility of Talent Acquisition Planning including sourcing, recruiting, orientations, onboarding and internships programs. ● Develop and monitor overall HR department processes, duties and responsibilities. ● Develop the job descriptions with defining the grading system. ● Create and implement an internal development plan among teams/modules. ● Generate training plan for 3 managerial levels. ● Assess the performance by monitoring the outcomes applying 360. ● Develop the KPIs system with the following up on the assessments. ● Full responsibility for the monthly payroll using the SAP HCM system. ● Full responsibility for salary increments planning, company salary structure and salary scales. ● Maintain the Com& Ben program (Medical, social insurance, working from home, etc. ● Develop and update internal policies and manuals.

• Job Details:- Full responsibility of recruitment plan, selection & hiring processes. - Develop and monitor overall HR systems, roles, and procedures across the firm. - Generate an employees performance appraisal system. - Overseeing all departments processes using key performance indicators. - Participation in ISO annual auditing as a certified internal auditor. - Maintain pay plan and benefits program. - Assess training needs across departments with monitoring the outcomes. - Nurture a positive working environment.
