• Job Details:I was held responsible for making phone screening as well as face-to-face interviews for candidates applying for UK offshore account in Vodafone. I do embrace some of the major skills required for deciding upon the suitable candidate for the job; I could use the candidate's body language as a main key to either approval or disapproval. I tend also to give candidates some time through open questions so that they may talk and I can easily test their use of English and exploit of soft skills.
