• Job Details:Maintains and develops positive business relationships with customers involved in a logistics activity; plans, organizes, and executes logistics support activities, planning, directs team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources. -Stays informed of advances in logistics technology and applies that technology in order to improve company processes. -Participates in explaining proposed solutions to customers and management through written proposals and oral presentations. -Analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of the company. -Directs scheduling of internal and external shipments by notifying departments or customers of arrival dates. -Develops policies, procedures, methods, and standards for logistics activities. -Directs team activities. -Handling the shipments from its origin to its final destination and completing all the required operations and formalities. -Shipments by sea FCL and LCL cargo -Inland haulage at origin & at destination.
