• Job Details:Handling independent assignment at supply basics, onshore locations ➢ Extensive exposure handling inspection assignment of Drill Pipe, BHA, Drill Collars, Heavy Weight Drill Pipe, Rotary Tools, Tenaris-Vam Tubing and Specialized Tools And Equipments ➢ Conduct full Drill Pipe inspection as per DS-1 Cat.3/4/5, API RP 7G, Customer SPEC.(UTG Dimensional, MPI and Visual Inspection, O.D Gauge, Thread Gauging, Pipe Straightening). ➢ Conduct upset to upset Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI) OR Drill Pipes with Newtech Unit and Fully Automatic Newtech Stationary Unit. ➢ Conduct full body inspection on Rotary Subs, Stabilizers and Reamers (MPI on ferrous and PT on non-ferrous) as per DS_1 CAT 3-5, API RP 7G Spec ➢ Conduct Dimensional , Visual Inspection and MPI on different kinds of BHA Conditions as per DS-1 CAT 3-5/API RP-7G Spec ➢ Conducting full body Visual, MPI and Dimensional Inspection of Mud Motors, Drilling Jars, Fishing Jars, Hydraulic Jars using Central Conductor Unit as DS-1/Customer SPEC ➢ Conduct Penetrate Testing on various MWD and LWD Tools as per ASTM- E-165/ Customer SPEC ➢ Conduct Magnetic Particle Inspection on Hoisting Rig Tools as per API DC/RP 8B ➢ Conduct Magnetic Particle Inspection on Rig Mast and Structure as per API 4G/4F ➢ Conduct Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dimensional check on pipe Handling Tools as per API 7L, API 8C/ RP8B, Manufacture SPEC ➢ Conduct MPI , LPI and Dimensional check for Machine shop in accordance ➢ Evaluation and interpretation of inspection findings and furnishing comprehensive inspection records ➢ Train new interns (Inspection Field) ➢ Co-op. implementing solutions to help client succeed ➢ Witness makes – Up torque of pup joints to couplings, TRSC Assembly, Packer Assy. • Job Details:Issuing welding tickets, checking welding specifications, ensuring correct equipment and materials, inspecting complete welds, suggesting alternate welding techniques, demonstrating correct welding procedures, generating new welding techniques, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring welding adheres to state health and safety regulations.
