• Job Details:Strategy and Development - Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance - Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities. General and Task Management - Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved by maintenance managers. - Ensure the development of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively - Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the maintenance managers. - Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties. People Management - Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements - Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports - Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required Financial and Budget Control - Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals.

Maintenance & Technical Support Manager (AUCR) & (ASC).Full Time

• Job Details:- Rearrangement of the functional structure of the maintenance department at (ASC). - Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant for Both (AUCR) (ASC). - Ensure the development of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule - Ensures safe, timely, and cost-effectiveness of maintenance programs. - Design and Perform a full Maintenance Management Training Program. - Support purchasing department with agriculture machinery and parts quality. - Support warehouse with coding and specifications. - Support establishing (AUCR) on Minya location at 100,000F. - Study the technical needs and perform it in machinery. - Study the machinery efficiency and availability.

Business Development & Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Study and analyze production problems of the factory for upgrading the currently existing production lines. - Production lines insulation and training the maintenance production team. - Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant. - Ensure the development of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. - Ensures safe, timely, and cost-effectiveness of maintenance programs. - Design and Perform a full Maintenance Management Training Program; o Objective setting, plan development & performance review of plant. o Ensures that technicians are trained on the operating procedures last version o Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of technicians. o Initiates and carries out improvement projects.
