Personnel:

• Orienting the new hires with all HR policies,
• Create file for each employee, maintain and save it (checking, compiling employment contracts and employee paperwork),
• Handling attendance , Vacations & excuses leaves to ensure employee punctuality and also tracking employee hours, approvals,
• Follow-up to the entry and get out of insurance (Resigned/Terminated),
• Design or review application forms and other HR documents,
• Maintenance of employee database,




Compensation & Benefits:
• Responsible for filing documents related data for payroll (attendance, overtime and compensate days) to submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis.,
• Handling all medical care issues,

Public Relation:
• Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management,
• Other duties as assigned, to include community events and activities,
• Handle for getting Visas, hotels reservations and booking airlines tickets.
