Business Development:
• Provides advice and consultation on corporate policy and procedures to all teams.

• Follow-up evaluations from the different departments every quarter to affect evaluation results and related appraisals.
• Responsible for employee performance appraisal,

Training & Staff Development

• Assist with conducting employee development and training programs.

Personnel:

• Revise internal HR polices as needed, respond to policy, procedures and programs inquires,
• Orienting the new hires with all HR policies,
• Create file for each employee, maintain and save it (checking, compiling employment contracts and employee paperwork),
• Handling attendance , vacations & excuses leaves to ensure employee punctuality and also tracking employee hours, approvals,
• Follow-up to the entry and get out of insurance (Resigned/Terminated),
• Maintenance of employee database,

Compensation & Benefits:

• Assist in the administration and processing of annual compensation planning programs and related communications and actions,
• Responsible for filing documents related data for payroll (overtime and compensate days) to submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis,
• Handling all medical care issues,
• Manage implementing new benefits,

Public Relation:

• Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management,
• Skilled in coaching employees and management on effectively responding to employee relations concerns and opportunities.
• Providing consistent, timely and effective responses to employee and management inquiries.
• Provide guidance, coaching and direction for variety of HR and employee relations issues.
• Ability to effectively conduct investigation, resolution of ongoing employee problems, complaints. partner with legal counsel to determine effective resolution, when necessary.
