• Job Details:1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management 2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. 3. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities 4. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required 5. Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization 6. Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured 7. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project 8. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase Projects : 1. Cairo Business Park. 2. Residential Tower, Office Buildings , Community Center in KSA.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Responsible for project documents, MOM & mails. 2. Coordinating with Project Designer till completing the whole design package. 3. Ascertain that code checks, municipality requirements, safety measurement are made. 4. Prepare or supervise the Working drawings, specifications and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons. 5. Technically coordinating Architecture , MEP & Structure drawings. 6. Follow up with project team. 7. Ensure & direct projects records, data & documents that are properly maintained & stored for future reference. Projects : 3. Business Park & New Cairo Mall at tagamoa el khames 4. Residential Compounds, Office Buildings , Community Center & Palaces in KSA.

ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:Job Description: 1. Conduct surveys to gather field data. 2. Ascertain that code checks, municipality requirements, safety measurement are made. 3. Working cad drawings for a factory ,villas projects and residential buildings. 4. Technically coordinating Architecture , MEP & Structure drawings. 5. Presentation with Photoshop program of many projects.
