 Book JVs “journal vouchers” on daily basis for separate payments, and on monthly basis for payroll, gratuity, vacation accruals & finance deductions, and post them on the SAP system.
 Prepare SOX control reports and upload them via the SAP system.
 Update payroll database on the SAP system & HR file server on monthly basis

- Follows up and review the vacations and attendance system.
- Responsible to solve employees issues with the medical insurance company, bank & HR department.

Finance Function:
- Do invoicing issuance on Oracle JD-Edwards on monthly, quarterly & annually basis.
- Prepare a Profit and Loss statement and calculate the percentage change every month.
- Updating monthly payroll records.
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Assisting Payroll Manager with reconciliation and payment of payroll and group tax.
- Prepare GAP expected invoices report
