• Perform Payroll related HR administrative tasks and services per standard procedures.
• Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems, all to retain data quality.
• Collect payroll input (Hiring, change in pay, leaving, Stock pay, Bonus payments, On-call, and Emergency allowances, mobile deductions, medical claims deductions, unpaid leaves, advances, or any other variable payments).
• Being aligned with Ericsson HR (Shared Service Center) for updating the allowances/deductions in SAP.
• Processing the payroll by adding all the payroll input come from different units
• Submit the payroll to HR Manager supported by prescribed payroll reconciliation sheet and get approval.
• Share pay-slips with employee after salary payments.
• Send bank file along with supporting documents for processing and payment.
• Sending Payroll data for JV (Journal Voucher) posting. Make sure all finance related required documents are posted on given deadlines.
• Coordinating on stock purchase plans “stock pay” and sending the stock contribution deductions for bank posting.
• E-form workflow approver as payroll admin.
• Maintain payroll records for control purposes and audit purpose.
• Perform SOX rule compliance control at the end of each month.
• Prepare the tax, social security and other payroll related document that should submit to government as per labor and income tax laws, and coordinate with Egypt local admin unit to submit to government.
• Submit monthly/quarterly/yearly accruals (End of Service benefits, Leaves and any other).
• Prepare End of Service benefits on demand (for resignations/terminations), salary information to HR Manager and submit for posting after obtaining necessary approvals.
• Upload all the payroll related documents to the secure storages every month.
• Ensure that payroll data is exactly matching with HRMS (the main source of employee data),
• And report differences to be updated.
• Prepare manual payment not limited to final settlement, bonus, profit shares, ex-employees, or any required payroll related payment.
• Send expatriate tax information to Tax auditors and follow up with them on tax related issue.
• Following up with bank, auditors and finance team to make sure that beneficiary has received the required payments.

- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Assisting Payroll Manager with reconciliation and payment of payroll and group tax.
- Prepare GAP expected invoices report
