• Job Details:• Manage the different Solutions’ upgrades and development projects to deliver the different network teams business requirements. • Monitor the network management solutions performance. • Collecting new business requirements and work enhancement ideas from internal customers and provide the needed OSS & NMS applications. • Understand user requirements and pay attention to fine details. • Making evaluative judgments of the new solutions’ feasibility, efficiency and system specifications based on the analysis of factual information. • Responsible for new projects management and delivery in terms of defining and providing Business Cases, SOW, tendering, budget allocation, contacting vendors, price negotiation, Headcount allocation. • Plan new solutions’ development needs and future capacity expansion with internal customers: Data Networks, Core Networks, Radio Access Networks, Radio Planning, Network Optimization, Network Quality, Network Deployment, Network Rollout, Core Transmission Engineering, Transmission Solutions Engineering, Transmission operations, Global Supervision and change management teams. • Manage new developments of OSS & NMS integrations with any new system. • Follow up the the assigned projects’ whole life cyce including the business requirements gathering, Design, implementation and teasting phases to launch the different network teams business requirements within the agreed time plans and approved budget. • Ensure the existence of the necessary project management documents for the projects life cycle and proper application maintenance & support contract.

• Job Details:• Researching new tools in the market to facilitate a smooth work environment. • Orchestrate relations and liaise with diverse teams internally and externally and manage quality and timely delivery. • Managing new technical projects and enhancements for the organization. • Testing and accepting the new features and projects. • Integration process with new/existing tools • Provide support for all network operations & planning teams within a strict time frame. • Monitor the network management solutions performance. • Handle several applications effectively with the expected flexibility according to the business needs & priorities. • Solve technical problems and coordinate with others in Orange and with external suppliers as well. • Maintain effective communication with the team members, the users domains based on gaining trust and technical knowledge. • On call on 24/7 basis.
