• Job Details:Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production and raw materials reports for plant manager. Analyze operational KPIs and generate performance dashboards. Identify trends and variances in production/dispatch data to assist with strategic planning and corrective actions. Create automated Excel reporting tools to reduce manual data entry time. Liaise with department heads to consolidate reporting metrics for internal audits and external reviews. Provide insights and recommendations to improve plant productivity, reduce costs.

Senior Dispatch Controller

• Job Details:Lead and manage the technical dispatch team within the cement packing department ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. Supervise daily truck loading schedules, dispatch documentation, and delivery coordination with logistics section. Implement dispatch planning strategies that reduce truck idle time and improve delivery cycle. Maintain coordination between packing lines, warehouses, maintenance department to check equipment and machines and logistics teams to meet customer demands and reduce operational bottlenecks. Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and ISO quality standards in dispatch operations. Monitor silo levels and bagged cement and coordinate with the packing department for load readiness. Collaborate logistics module data entry, load slips, daily production quantities, and daily dispatch reports. Direct reporting to packing manager.
