• Job Details:As a BIM Manager, I lead the implementation of BIM processes across the organization, including the development of the company’s BIM manual, modeling guidelines, and training strategies. I manage the preparation and maintenance of key project documents such as BEPs, MIDPs, and TIDPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements (EIRs and OIRs). I conduct quality assurance through model checks using Navisworks and other validation tools, participate in coordination meetings, and provide technical guidance. In addition to managing BIM workflows, I specialize in lighting design using Revit, producing detailed layouts, fixture schedules, and technical documentation. I collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure project accuracy. • Job Details:As a BIM Manager with a strong electrical engineering background, I drive BIM implementation across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of digital workflows into design and construction processes. I lead the development of organizational BIM standards, templates, and custom Revit families, while also conducting hands-on training in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to upskill internal teams. My role includes spearheading BIM automation through Dynamo scripts to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. I actively manage model coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations, aligning design intent with construction planning and cost controls. I play a pivotal role in MEP coordination across projects, leveraging advanced BIM tools to ensure accuracy and integration. With a solid foundation in electrical design, I deliver complete solutions for lighting, power distribution, and low-current systems. This includes performing load estimations, breaker and cable sizing, and equipment selection using tools like ETAP, while preparing detailed SLDs and panel schedules. I specialize in lighting and lighting control systems and conduct value engineering studies to optimize designs. • Job Details:As a BIM Coordinator, I manage the development and coordination of MEP systems within BIM environments, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and fully coordinated models. I support BIM implementation by preparing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master and Task Information Delivery Plans (MIDP/TIDP), and maintaining organizational standards through BIM manuals and Revit templates. I lead MEP modeling efforts across lighting, power, cable trays, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems, and create custom Revit families to support project needs. I facilitate coordination between disciplines using Revit interference checks and Navisworks clash detection, driving the resolution process to achieve zero-clash models. My role includes performing electrical and low-current system design reviews, infrastructure sizing calculations, and creating shop drawings for both electrical and ELV systems. I also utilize Civil 3D for dry utility coordination (LV, MV, street lighting, telecom) and extract accurate quantities (BOQs) from BIM models using Revit. I issue and track RFIs, perform model quality checks, and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure that models meet project requirements and client expectations.
