• Job Details:As part of the Global Education team, my responsibilities include the following: • Managing the entire VMWare Academy Program for APAC & ANZ • Responsible for branding and promoting VMWare education program amongst all leading engineering colleges in India and abroad. • Promote and visit various institutes for Vmware education program and assist them in registering with the program. • Working closely with my counterparts in US and Europe to understand the best practices and implement the same here. Key Achievements: • Single handedly organized and conducted a two day workshop comprising of the HOD’s and Deans of the top engineering colleges in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu on Vmware Education Program. • Successfully registered 140 colleges for the Vmware IT Academy Program within 3 months of the launch.

• Job Details:Single point of contact for recruitment activities for Trivandrum centre. One of the senior most recruitment professional across India in Aptara. Effectively hired several senior management employees for Pune, Trivandrum and Delhi centre. Part of the manpower planning committee at Aptara were all the decisions for hiring for the next six months were decided and implemented. • Maintains and co-ordinates allocation by individual resource or client/process for the assigned team/business group • Maintains and co-ordinates skill inventory of existing staff and plan for future for the assigned group. • Requests and executes on all staffing needs , escalated or new work for assigned group / team • Propose and lead initiatives within team to meet target utilization & productivity goals • Interface with Learning and Development and Recruitment or business to executes on the forward plan for the acquisition of resources. • Create project updates status reports as per the standard • Personally arrange travel and accommodation for all the outstation candidates and ensure smooth adherence to the process from start to end. • Coordinate with stake holders across the globe and arrange the respective interviews through F2F, Telephonic or VC. • Ensuring highest level of integrity while hiring senior level candidates in order to ensure complete discretion and confidentiality. • Few of the positions which I closed in Aptara for the DGM and above level are : • Vice President Operations (Content Technology Services) – Trivandrum Centre • Head Visual Art (E – Learning) – Pune Centre • General Manager (Content Technology Services) – Trivandrum Centre • Program Manager (E – Learning) – Trivandrum Centre • Architect (Financial Publishing Group – Technology Division) – Trivandrum Centre Managed a team of 5 employees in the recruitment team. • Job Details:• Single handedly taking care of the entire hiring through employee referrals. • Vendor management, aligning the recruiters for the different vendor locations. • Also part of the employee engagement program for the newly joined employees. • Handling a team of 3 contractual employees, who take care of the back end support of the team. • Preparing weekly dashboard to be shared with the stakeholders on timely basis. • Mapping the competitors for the talent pool available in the market for senior roles • Provide proper documentation and quality generation of MIS • Assist the Business Heads in interpreting their growth aspirations into manpower numbers • Define the performance appraisal matrix on the basis of overall company requirements. • Part of the interview panel for Internal Job Postings. • Successfully conducted several trainings for both the senior management and entry level employees and completed the SWOT analysis for every participant and provided it to the management.
