• Job Details:Part of a team that represents the developer in construction and pre-construction phases for the administrative buildings located in the new capital city, with over 100K Sqm with expected planned budget (1.5 Billion EGP). Main responsibilities: - Manage and direct the project stockholders to deliver the project in time and within the planned budget. Forecast the project cost, cash-flow and duration. Manage and monitor the project phases from concept design till customer handing over. Built a risk management plan with preventive actions and action plans. Manage and control the contractors (contract, materials submittal, time schedule, fixations, implementation, ex) Ensure the delivery aspects related to the client contract. Ensure that the project will be submitted on time and with a reasonable cost. Direct, empower and manage all the technical governmental affairs.

• Job Details:General consultant project manager for a mega project with multi-million Egyptian pounds, supervise the progress and process of the project , instruct the specialized consultant and the main contractor, issuing reports to the owner, reallocate the budget.

Construction project managerFull Time

• Job Details:Construction project manager and Owner representative for the project, choosing and selecting the suitable materials, negotiate and coordinate with the different consultants (architecture, interior, structure and electro-mechanical), selecting the contractor, planning and directing the project time schedule, contract review, cost negotiations and reduction, value engineering, revise and accept the shop drawings, on site supervision of contractor, monitoring the construction process, manage and control changes VOs, Handling and cooperating with Consultant team, review all Work inspections and assuring QA plan and QC checklist.
