• Job Details:Customer service Supervisor for import (FCL & LCL & consolidation) Royal Logistics Subsidiary of Amiral Group August 2007, January 2013   Send customers daily report with shipments status & tracking shipments with shipping lines    Follow up all outstanding payments with clients & finance department Received monthly rates update from our agents in far east & Europe (FAK, Multiwell ,……. etc Update the rates with shipping lines in our local market Once shipment arrived send customer the arrival notification and invoices Arrange for release letter once customer settled all amounts Arrange for clearance and trucking as per customer request      Customer service rep. for import and export Royal Logistics Subsidiary of Amiral Group June 2005, August 2007   Call the clients & reply the clients inquiry  to match their needs ( marketing survey Send clients offers with their requirement for regular shipments (and waiting his confirm to proceed) Deal with clients and receive their shipping orders Deal with different shipping lines to meet customer requirements Organize with other department to serve the customer (trucking & clearance departments) Send to finance team to issue invoices Follow up all outstanding payments with clients & finance department Send customers daily report with shipments status
