I got promoted to be an email team agent, after being a front line agent for 6 months.
Now I write business emails to help with the daily work flow, also handle escalations and solve some technical and billing issues.
At my current post I wear many hats providing my support to whoever needs it:
Answering customers' inquiries by emails.
Help solving their billing issues and explain the billing.
Help solving their technical issues and provide 101 basic troubleshooting.
Communicating with the administration in internal matters to help with the daily work flow and our different teams' cooperation.




As being one of the senior agents now, I provide basic training sometimes to our newer agents and help them understand the work requirements and help them in their daily challenges.


My data entry job was not easy, they used to send me pictures of their paper work and documents so I can make into word and excel files as fast as I can.
However I enjoyed doing this very much and I liked the challenge, till I managed to do 13 pages a day and was one of the fastest agents they have.





I got promoted into executive secretary, to take more responsibilities and help our CEO in his daily needs.



It's not all about the money, I worked for free teaching kids English and Arabic, and my reward was they loved me and achieved high scores in their exams.



At high school and before I was part of the poetry club, reading club, trip organizers club, the Brainiacs club and the writers club. Me and my team won every competition we entered in either poetry, writing stories or cathalons. Even at this age I knew exactly what I want to do and like, and my teachers helped me great deal.
