Implement and enforce quality control standards, ensuring compliance with product specifications and customer requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by introducing lean manufacturing practices and process optimization. Maintain accurate production records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Train and guide production staff to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. Assist in material planning and inventory control to minimize waste and reduce production costs. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process development projects. Provide hands-on support to operators and technicians to resolve technical issues in the production process. Analyze production processes and identify bottlenecks. Design efficient layouts for facilities, equipment, and workflows. Implement Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste. Develop time and motion studies to improve labor efficiency.

Industrial Engineer
