• Job Details:Managing and maintaining master data/transaction data through Carigali Hess Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure data availability on maintenance/construction activity • Administrative and periodic update work progress for activities under F&E, Operations, Maintenance, Marine and HSEMS in the Integrated Activities Plan (IAP) to ensure the progress is up to date in Primavera system. • Establish maintenance/construction Work Break-Down Structure(WBS), Maintenance Control Strategy, Master Schedule and Action Plan for Planning Deliverables • Coordinate with F&E, Operation, maintenance and Offshore to consolidated work lists, compile work packages, reviews resources requirements for plant shutdown and turnaround and perform scheduling and tracking for shutdown execution work to meet time line and avoid delay to start-up. • Consolidate, communicate and provide list of shutdown backlog work in the event of low nomination or planned platform shutdown. • Provide track reports of key performance indicators of logistical/maintenance area for budgetary and cost efficiency, provide analysis and feedback for future improvement and bench marking with other operators in oil and gas upstream industry. Provide necessary analysis and tools for appropriate decisions by higher management • Provide instant response to unplanned/ emergency shutdown works • Focal point for any request on Personnel on Board (POB) at Offshore with respect to plan and unplan activities. • Optimize maintenance activities plan as per job priority that would impact especially Sales Gas production • Develop short and long term plan maintenance activities as per requirement for Work Plan & Budget (WP&B)

PRODUCTION PLANNERFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsibility in striving deals to sell additional sales gas by participating in negotiations and communication with Buyer representatives to maximize gas sales revenue. Close contact with Operation and Subsurface team to ensure gas capacity is at optimal level. • Responsible to compile, calculate, reconcile, prepare and submit work planning and budget (WP&B) for every calendar year as per requirements in PSC agreement. • Responsible to calculate, allocate and generate Production Back Allocation based on allocation percentage per defined by GSA (Gas Sharing Agreement) & PMAP (Production Management Allocation Procedure) for both Gas and Condensate. • Carry out preparation and validation of closing Monthly Sales Gas Statement in optimal accuracy as per official Daily Sales Gas Ticket issued, and mutual agreement together with Buyer's representative. • Accountability to check and verify accuracy of daily production figures for Daily Management Report (DMR) before submission to management, shareholders and relevant parties. • Effective volumetric downtime tracking and trending to identify areas of concerns on surface facilities. Support Facilities and Integrity team in recommending improvements and debottlenecking initiatives to recover production shortfall • Coordinate with the Facilities & Engineering, Offshore and Operations Engineers on rectification for gas measurement issues and to obtain recommendation for technical solution. • Supervise condensate lifting activities at FSO Cakerawala including condensate sales planning, quality assurance, trade coordination, nominations, documentation, operations coordination, legal claims/compensation matters, accounting assistance and associated tasks. Procedure custodian for Cakerawala Marine Terminal Measurement, Production Management Allocation Procedure (PMAP), Nomination & Lifting (NLP), Marketing Agency Agreement (MAA), and Terminal Regulation & Conditions. • Execute condensate lifting exercise on behalf of shareholders (Petronas Carigali & HESS) and MTJA. • Constant communication with Agent representative (Petronas PETCO) to highlight potential changes to tanker planning, as a result of either Buyers’ requests and/or Asset operational changes. • Responsible to generate declaration and submission compliance to JDA2 Forms (Joint Development Authority Form No. 2) and Export Duty Calculation declaration protocol as sanctioned by JCC (Joint Customs Committee) of MTJDA (Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area). • Plan and secure orderly logistical arrangement of chopper, anchor handling boat, customs officer transportation (to & fro), surveyors availability and ETA advice from shipping agent to avoid delay and penalty. • Supervise to ensure monthly audit activity been done as per procedure required by unit partners and shareholders. • Identify scope, work orders and analysis on any maintenance works required that impact the production. • Supervise coordination priority setting with the onshore engineer, Offshore Engineer, subsurface and Project team, by setting specific emphasis on obtaining input to be presented to the higher management team. • Ensure the job scope and executions are well documented in progress, and follow the HSE safety guidelines been set. • Develop and apply business process methodology approach in daily task, in ensuring both production and maintenance planning are align based on Buyer’s demand and equipment planned maintenance. • Effectively prepared various reports and presentation statistics needed to justify or indicate production and maintenance performance updates. • Been appointed as Project Manager for the project of “Integrated Production Information Solutions (IPRIZ)” System. Ensure the project objectives, milestone, and requirements from user been met accordingly as per analysis from all teams involved based on budget and resources given.

System AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:PRISM System Maintenance and Support Work Provided technical support, budget monitoring and contract support for all Production database Develop a maintenance plan for production system and databases, in order to ensure system running in optimum performance and fully utilize by the engineers. Daily databases administrations by ensuring databases are backup to network drive for all production system, and making sure databases are running on optimum performance. Weekly check and determine that production servers are free from for any threats or viruses, ensuring optimum uptime and healthy servers (1 Exaquantum Onshore server, 1 Exaquantum Offshore server, 1 Avocet/OFM server, 1 Oracle server) Maintenance and Support on PRISM software installation (Onshore > 21 Exaquantum clients, 15 Avocet Capture clients, 11 OFM clients) (Offshore > 11 Exaquantum clients) Played vital role as working together with IT Team to ensure flawless migration of new domain (Active Directory 2008, from CTOC.NET.MY to CARIGALIHESS) to all PRISM users. Planned and tested PRISM system software to be configured in new domain. Execute migration of client and server side PRISM System software (Re-installation, configuration, Onshore and Offshore). Quarterly review PRISM System server databases size, performance improvements, and healthy server uptime to achieve enough capacity to hold production data for current and future development. Successfully introduced and implemented VPN connection between OPC server and data collection server to prevent any unauthorized access from inside or outside of the office LAN network. Liaise with vendor and contractors to ensure PRISM system running smoothly, with zero or minimal downtime (Achieved yearly target of 99.4% system availability) Excellent practice on disaster and recovery session as twice yearly activity on recovering production data loss and ensure data can be recovered from daily backup activity. • Production Data Monitoring Work Daily verified and validate inter software data exchange within PRISM system (e.g. Exaquantum to Avocet Capture, Avocet Capture to OFM, and DPR and FSO report into Avocet Capture). Daily Monitoring of high frequency production data capture ensuring all data in a good state for PRISM users (26 PRISM users) Analyze and process production data receive from Offshore for engineers. System Enhancement Provides excellent service to PRISM system users in particular Exaquantum especially data capture of well production data Responsible for any enhancements or modifications of facilities in PRISM system software (estimated about 6000+ tags to maintain) Played important role servicing OPS in Monthly Production Reconciliation data into production database Avocet Capture Provide 1st Class assistance to Engineers extracting high frequency data from PRISM system software for analysis, administering the Topside Volume Metrics report and also support for monthly Production Back Allocation (Reservoir Eng. 10, Process Eng. 3, and Instrument Eng. 4) Support technical assistance to engineers, to prepare data extraction method via excel from Exaquantum • Project Downtime Tracking System - Single handedly developed DTS from start to end, to ensure tracking of production downtime record in more efficient and manageable way Exaquantum RDS – Project manager and as and implementer to execute project orderly within time constraint. Contaminant Database - Single handedly developed an exclusive contaminant database for Carigali Hess. Production Back Allocation – Appointed at project team member. Involved in requirements gathering, implementer and evaluator for all contractors shortlisted for this project. Exaquantum Server Upgrade (Offshore & Onshore) - Elected as project manager and implementer to execute project orderly within timeframe, budget and resources given. • Safety – Office Safety Committee, First Aider, Floor Safety Manager Been elected as one of the Carigali Hess Office Safety Committee A certified and qualified First Aider personnel Responsible as Floor Safety Manager, taking care of Subsurface Department safety concern on evacuation and health plan.
