    • Job Details:• Responsibility in striving deals to sell additional sales gas by participating in negotiations and communication with Buyer representatives to maximize gas sales revenue. Close contact with Operation and Subsurface team to ensure gas capacity is at optimal level. • Responsible to compile, calculate, reconcile, prepare and submit work planning and budget (WP&B) for every calendar year as per requirements in PSC agreement. • Responsible to calculate, allocate and generate Production Back Allocation based on allocation percentage per defined by GSA (Gas Sharing Agreement) & PMAP (Production Management Allocation Procedure) for both Gas and Condensate. • Carry out preparation and validation of closing Monthly Sales Gas Statement in optimal accuracy as per official Daily Sales Gas Ticket issued, and mutual agreement together with Buyer's representative. • Accountability to check and verify accuracy of daily production figures for Daily Management Report (DMR) before submission to management, shareholders and relevant parties. • Effective volumetric downtime tracking and trending to identify areas of concerns on surface facilities. Weekly check and determine that production servers are free from for any threats or viruses, ensuring optimum uptime and healthy servers (1 Exaquantum Onshore server, 1 Exaquantum Offshore server, 1 Avocet/OFM server, 1 Oracle server) Maintenance and Support on PRISM software installation (Onshore > 21 Exaquantum clients, 15 Avocet Capture clients, 11 OFM clients) (Offshore > 11 Exaquantum clients) Played vital role as working together with IT Team to ensure flawless migration of new domain (Active Directory 2008, from CTOC.NET.MY to CARIGALIHESS) to all PRISM users. Planned and tested PRISM system software to be configured in new domain. Execute migration of client and server side PRISM System software (Re-installation, configuration, Onshore and Offshore). Quarterly review PRISM System server databases size, performance improvements, and healthy server uptime to achieve enough capacity to hold production data for current and future development. Successfully introduced and implemented VPN connection between OPC server and data collection server to prevent any unauthorized access from inside or outside of the office LAN network. Liaise with vendor and contractors to ensure PRISM system running smoothly, with zero or minimal downtime (Achieved yearly target of 99.4% system availability) Excellent practice on disaster and recovery session as twice yearly activity on recovering production data loss and ensure data can be recovered from daily backup activity. • Production Data Monitoring Work Daily verified and validate inter software data exchange within PRISM system (e.g. Exaquantum to Avocet Capture, Avocet Capture to OFM, and DPR and FSO report into Avocet Capture).
