- Issue trainers performance reports, moreover, conduct feedback and coaching sessions, to keep trainers performance as per standards.
- Administrate B.TECH Academy website to keep data fresh and up to date.
- Communicate, negotiate and follow up with internal and external parties for Academy requirements and supplies.
- Communicate, negotiate and evaluate external training providers for and during specialized training hold in B.TECH Academy.
- Maintain training programs filling system to file and retrieve all required documents quickly and easily.
- Assist in budgeting in addition to supervise expenses ensuring oversight and lack of deviation.
Achievements:
- Application of the customer service model B.CARE, thus raising customer satisfaction report at a rate of 7% for 2015.
- Establishment of MS Excel curriculum Copy Righted, to B.TECH, with full leveling platform which linked with required pre-determined level for each job 2013/2014/2015.
- Deployment and Launching Learning Management System “ Docebo LMS” to cover external sites & remote areas, beside launching ACADEMY website 2015.
- Worked on ACADEMY City and Guilds institute accreditation project, thru program mapping and QMS checking and review.
- Improve evaluation level of Product Knowledge program from reaction to result.
