• Job Details:IT Project Manager & Technical Consultant, Instructor Expert Server Co, Tanta, Egypt (2000:2010) DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:  Planner for the project acquired from Oman Company (Vsat & Wi-Fi & WiMAX & Infrastructure, where prepared (Feasibility) for Network Infrastructure of (WiMAX and TCP/IP Over Sat) for total cost Reached about 2, 000, 0000 $.  Manage the project Team and assignment the suitable role, continue tracking for all project teamwork, and evaluate the performance during all project stages, addition to training them.  Qualify and training staff, technicians toward the problems that registered and enable all how to dealing with the modern of technologies, in order to deliver a good service with achieving the high level of assurance, satisfaction for end users.  Supervise gradually for all project stages, through live cycle, to ensure that productivity meet our targets.  Head of Professional Consulting Group’s internal business support functions, responsible for all aspects of service delivery, application development & support, resource management, service sourcing, infrastructure development and strategy planning.  Part of the executive team with direct responsibility for defining the groups approach to service delivery, sourcing strategy, resource planning and the Company’s overall IT strategy. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDED:  Completed a system strategy review for the global Compliance business function to provide a unified Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) environment for business conduct/independence monitoring & management system.  Development and implementation of a business continuity and disaster recovery plan.  Provision of a fully integrated management information system for the monitoring and reporting of regulatory compliance, personal business conduct and continuing professional development for all of the company’s staff Business Objects.  Strategic review of the e-Procurement system as part of the Global ERP implementation programme. Selected SAP Supplier Relationship Management suite as the global standard for e-Procurement systems.
