Responsiblities: • determining quality control standards According to IS0 9001-2015. • Implement and control Quality AQL and inspection Plan . • Make Montly Self Audit for Quality Process in Different Place in the Factory. • ensuring that health and safety regulations are meet Throught EHS Audit . • selecting, ordering and purchasing materials . • Make Full Analysis for the Non conforming issues According 6 Sigma . • organising relevant training sessions . • Prepare and maintain Quality reports . • Establish OQC System for all Customers to be Control . • Measure the Efficiency for the Quality Members .

Incoming quality engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Perform inspection of incoming materials according to Incoming local and foreign material. - Perform initial inspection and raise report for supervisor. - Make analysis for incoming inspection status - Reporting to HQ for defected material - Monthly Supplier DPPM calculation & communication to vendors. - Make Audit for Local Vendor according to audit Plan Made over Than 50 Audit till now. - Make evaluation for local Vendor monthly and every Quarter. - Innovate more Than 10 jig for incoming inspection. - Best Employee at Samsung electronics Egypt 2nd Quarter 2016.
