• Job Details:Continually improving process safety culture, scheduling, coordinating and facilitation of PHA studies (HAZOP, QRA, IHAZID, etc.) and implementing measures based on results. Evaluate hazardous material handling procedures to make sure they comply with environmental and safety requirements.Tracking EGTL Risk Register and successfully implementing action plans, facilitating and Coordinating Risk Assessment for changes to the facility and high-risk activities. Facilitating RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Investigations on Process related events (Process trips, spill, leak, fire, etc.) and as well as Injuries, MVCs and Near Misses, Coordinating all activities in the Management of Change process. Deploying Management of Change procedure (MOC) for Escravos Gas To Liquid (EGTL) specific.Preparing and consolidating statistics and other information for inclusion in monthly Safety Metrics Report to Chevron Management Team, Ensuring proper design and effectiveness of PSI, Conducting annual self-assessment and support Corporate OE Audit, Ensuring annual Continual Improvement of process safety management system through Continual Improvement Plan (CIP), Developing and Implementing Process Safety Management program
