SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (HEALTHY ATHLETES)Full Time

• Job Details:• Led all annual operational planning efforts for the health program across the 23 countries of the region and co-lead multi-year strategic planning efforts. This includes conducting stakeholder meetings to identify priorities, programming, indicators, and targets. • Oversaw implementation of operational plans for Health to fulfill the targets laid out in the strategic and annual operational plans. • Led a team of regional staff in implementing annual plans, including 18 program coordinators, as well as a team of 7 part time Regional Clinical Advisors. This included: • Direct or indirect supervision, as well as training and ensuring strong team communication. • Support Special Olympics Programs in setting realistic programmatic targets that contribute towards regional and SOI’s global targets for health. • Monitoring and reporting of activities and supporting the health coordinator in achieving targets. • Worked with Finance to ensure that funds are fully spent in compliance with donor intent and SOI financial policies and procedures, and ensure timely and complete reporting of current programming. • Collaborated with the Communications team to improve internal com- munications, raise awareness all through the region about the health needs of people with ID. • Acted as a member of the Games Organizing Committees for major Regional events, such as Regional Games (4 MENA regional games in different countries of the region), in implementing health and research programming at these events. • Supported proposal development and represented Special Olympics to potential partners and stewarded relationships with current partners.

COMMUNICATIONS AND PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORFull Time

• Job Details:• Provided assistance to leadership on all marketing and communications related matters. This Included: • Promoting and maintaining brand awareness and created plans and/or initiatives to support. • Oversaw external communications, implemented and/or generated content for media and awareness campaigns and more. • Oversaw internal communications; established and nurtured strong working relationships and communication lines with country programs in conjunction and cooperation with other regional staff. • Provided assistance to leadership in annual fundraising plans and exe- cutions across the region. This included: • Establishing regular fundraising initiatives. • Providing assistance and guidance to companies who express interest and/or give a commitment to fundraise for the organization. • Fostering and developing regional and/or local corporate sponsor relationships and agreements in line with the organization’s overall sponsorship strategy. • Working with programs on partner activations. • Supervising the execution of the fundraising initiatives within the as- signed program.

ADVERTISING MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for marketing and publicizing goods or services within the company as well as other external projects executed by the company. This included: • Informing public about the company’s goods and services. • Selecting agencies to partner with. • Approving agency plans. • Working with account executives to develop ad campaigns for the company. • Coordinating with agency members who create and deliver ads. • Creating, reviewing, approving, and revising copy. • Working with sales staff to generate ideas for campaigns. • Measuring campaigns effectiveness and optimizing if needed. • Designing and executed displays for various local furniture exhibition attended by the company. • Assisted project Director for the media and advertising of BAYT EL SUHAYMI AREA Documentation, Restoration, Conservation and Development project.
