I held the title of Search Operations Team Leader whereby I acted as manager/assisted and lead a
team of 10 individuals who support UK and German Markets for Search Advertising.
 Day to day management of the team in accordance to local HR policies
 Ensure that team’s performance consistently exceeds the quality target set
 Ensure team service level are met for key markets in the areas of account administration,
search creative tasks, reporting, escalation management
 Perform weekly reviews with Team & Individuals to drive constant leadership, coaching
and clear communication
 Provide Upper Management with regular status updates, including operational and
performance reports and appropriately escalate issues in a timely manner.
 Proactively review and manage the team productivity, reporting (incl. methodology/tools)
and work quality to identify gaps and opportunities
 Promote and lead resolution of any operational escalation
 Promote a team development culture with documented action plans for identified training
and individual needs
 Ensure team are sufficiently trained with the skills necessary to perform their roles
 Gather input and liaise with search sales counterparts and training team to define a
learning programs
 Work together with Team Leads & Upper Management to enhance the Search Account
Specialist group across EMEA
 Assist Upper Management with monthly analysis of Internal Customer Satisfaction
Results to drive performance improvements.
 Report to Upper Management and liaise regularly with sales counterparts on market
specific strategies and activities to support market level priorities and revenue goals
 Align with the Search Sales Managers and set quarterly goals for the team
 Lead the hiring process, ramping up, direct coaching and mentoring of new staff
 Assist & Manage the team with daily workload and incoming service demand

 Dublin Search Account Specialists – Working together with the New Search Operations
Manager-Dublin to get his team trained and ramped up before Q4.
 Nordic Search Transition – Assisting Search counterparts in America to transition
Yahoo Agencies & Advertisers over to the Bing. Main concern was to ensure IO’s are
delinked.
 Launch of Bingads in MENA – Project where we are working to launch Bingads in the
MENA region. Core task – Take over all Creative Strategy
