KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Administration of setup and utilization of Community WFM software and ACD reporting.
• Administration of communication to and from Operations and other support departments.

• Manage account email queries appoint to Ireland account by other departments and make sure they are responded within 24 hrs. /SL.

• To coordinate with team leaders for scheduling of team buildings, outings, annals leaves or any kind of, off queue activates.( total staff of 500 agents, 5 teams)
• Correlate with HR information system to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable local laws. Monitor accounts compliance with all applied local laws.
• Training of new outsourced employee (each wave is from 20 to 30).
• Booking and reservations for Hotels or flights for competition winners.
• Coordinating with HR and Vodafone stores to set up VPN (company phone lines) for new employees.
• Support in recruitment and interviewing of candidates for all positions. Conduct salary/benefit before middle and end of year upraises.
• Oversee analysis and reporting of employee performance including schedule adherence.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
• Approve or decline administration of intraday schedule changes according to service level.
• Fill overtime, under time availability time sheets to report to Payroll Team before the 22nd of each month.
• Attend weekly and daily staffing review meetings with management and forecast.
• Scheduling analysts detailing previous and current week’s performance and forecasted.
• Performance of remainder of current week and next week, while also identifying risks.
• Work with training and operations to coordinate multi-skill training for existing agents.
• Oversee communication to new hires on schedule process.
• Collection and analysis and reporting of historical agent performance statistics.
• Manage long-term forecast / staff plan and lead monthly staff plan / budget meeting.
• Oversee short-term workload forecasting.
• Oversee scheduling philosophy of schedule assignments.
• Oversee proactive scheduling of discretionary activities such as training, meetings, meet buildings and outings.
• Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures, analysis of real time workload.
• Requirements, and call routing to manage performance to service level requirements.
• Responsible for maximizing efficiency and occupancy while meeting service objectives.
• Recognizes and recommends operational and support improvements.
• Manage intraday staffing levels.
• Monitor real-time Community Adherence Alerts.
• Monitor real-time ACD agent work state reports.
• Manage call-in line.
• Increase staffing levels or modify call routing to increase service levels.
• Communicate identified intraday risks to management and other intraday analyst.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Workforce management subject matter expert with 2 year experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organization skills
• Self-motivated and MUST excel in a minimally managed, high profile position.
