• Job Details:1-Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…) 2-Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations. 3-Assess projects and resources requirements and demands. 4-Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports. 5-Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration

• Job Details:1- determine the monthly raw materials (wood, accessories ,tools)needed for the factory production 2- put monthly production plan( kitchens,dressing and projects) parallel with monthly production 3- coordinate with maintenance department for weekly maintenance plan. 4- development the manufacturing areas by arranging the production lines. finding easy passages to easy movements of finished work . 5- responsible for the quality of the massive wood and veneer ...etc 6-Making the decisions that serve the quality and increase production 7- arranging the workers according to skills.
