• Job Details:Review loan applications and do credit underwriting of secured and unsecured loans based on company policies. Analyzing financial statements. Check fund flows, cash flows, and ratios like DSCR ratio, liquid ratio etc of client. Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments based on loan product, client past repayment history, credit score, leverage position of client, market trend and other key factors. Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for senior management using Excel and Power BI. Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and addressing auditor inquiries. Conducting visit to client office and resident to assess the creditworthiness of applicants. Analyzing movement of buckets like current, 1-30, 31-60 and 61-90 month wise. Training and implement policies aligned with credit policy AML, and KYC regulations.
