Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements. Answer our customer's questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email, or chat. Handling complaints. Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product's technicalities or to solve critical problems. Testing the system and reporting if there are any bugs.
