• Brand strategi planning & control
• Hiring staff for stores, in turn appraising staff quarterly to ensure high performance levels
• Action monthly staff training for the Brand standard and visual update
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and staff image.
• Merchandise allocation
• Prepare and update Promo file in a monthly basis
• Marketing handling , seasonal plan , calendar , seasonal promotion , target segment ,market research
• Monthly operation report to be sent to UAE
• Follow-up maintenance work
• Daily store visit
• Brand analysis reports on a weekly basses
• Monitoring correct and timely delivery to the stores f merchandise, ensuring proper documentation between outlets and other departments
• Conducting appraisals and performance reviews, to identify areas of opportunity and key strengths, and to develop a development program with goals and objectives designed to foster continued success.
• Attending regular meeting with brand management, operations and stores staff to communicate the targets and objectives of each quarter.
• Creating analysis regarding all aspects of brands, styles sell outs, department sells out, category sellouts.
• Weekly transfers between stores based on sell out.
• Recording sales figures for data analysis, consolidating stores reports to be sent on a timely manner.
• Systematically completing and analyzing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales reports.
• Ensuring successful training and development of teams in all areas of store operation.
• Attending regular meeting with Limited Brand in UAE.
