• Job Details:Managing Team consist of Business Analysts and handling the project from the scratch to the implementation stage. Gather, document and translate client business requirements into functional specifications and scoping documents for the development of the software. Support the pre-sales process in analyzing development requirements from potential clients and helps in Preparing RFI, RFP & RFQ Creating Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams in MS Visio. Reviewing Technical Design Document (TDD) and test cases to ensure all requirements have been met. Supporting Client in during implementation and UAT approval. Handling Clients belongs to US, UK, Netherlands and Australia.

• Job Details:Gather, document and translate client business requirements into functional specifications and scoping documents for the development of the software and assisted in creating the Retail Products developed in the organization. Presales activity like giving demo on the Retail Products (E-Commerce & FMCG) and Gathering user and business requirements through interviews, surveys, prototyping and observing. Production of User Acceptance Documents and Functional testing of new developments / releases. Demonstration of new functionality and seeking inputs on future direction of product Write and implement Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Detailed Operating Procedures (DOP).
