• Job Details:• Responsible for Implementing strategic Importing plan for our hospitals and dental centers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. • Continousely updating our importing tactics according to the new Regulatory Affairsregulations in SFDA & Egyptian MOH. • Monitoring the logistics cost fluctuations and decide the best freight route for each shipment to achieve lower import cost. • Following up with sourcing team the daily productivity report for covered items by sourcing , the new prospected suppliers , and the forecasted saving value . • Leading the import department team including the following sections Regulatory, Logistics and Sourcing. • Preparation of monthly achievement reports , KPIs and annual cost saving report for import department.

Import supervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Establishing with managers the new import project for medical consumables.  Implementing a plan for import and cost saving forecast.  Sourcing for foreign suppliers and new partners.  Follow up on logistics process and supervise on freight forwarders price offers to ensure the selection of best freight offer.  Follow up and supervise on regulatory affairs work and MOH communications (Import Approvals , Registrations ,..etc).  Follow up on samples receival and technical approvals process.  Responsible for estimating import cost for the accepted samples and make proposal with the best cost scenario then obtaining financial approval from finance .  Prepare monthly reports for import unit achievements and cost saving
