- Job Details: Responsible for payroll cycle and related monthly transactions, analysis and reports. Calculate submitted commission based on each department scheme. Review and calculate submitted overtime after comparing it with finger print reports. Responsible for applying employees transfer, salary adjustments and following up that the employee joined the new position to adjust his salary. Responsible for applying deductions, loans, mobile receipts premium card and other benefits. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. Preparing and distributing pay slips to each department. Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. Assist into monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits. Conduct regular reviews of all the company incentive schemes to be more relevant to the new targets and more challenging. Medical and life insurance renewal by negotiating and getting best offers from vendors. Assist HR Manager in preparing HR budget if needed as assigned. Ensuring company compliance with the Labor and Social Insurance Law. Responsible to respond to Labor Law and social insurance inspections and complaints. Responsible for updating employee’s annual social insurance salaries (Form 2) taking into consideration compliance to the new SI Law. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. Reviewing penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations. Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and processes. Employee’s attendance tracking, updating records & preparing reports to provide managers team attendance every 2 weeks. Responsible for recording and updating all types of leaves (annual, casual, unpaid & sick leaves) for all the employees. Providing a monthly annual leave balance report to all managers in order to maintain consuming all the balances during the year for all the employees. Responsible for the employment contract renewal process by tracking contracts up to renewal & sending to the responsible direct managers for their renewal decision. Responsible for tracking the new employees' probation periods and getting the feedback from the managers to decide whether continuing or ending their contract. Responsible for the company social insurance state (paying the monthly SI fees, in, out and SI salary amendments) by preparing and submitting (form 1, 2 & 6) & conducting the needed visits to the labor & social insurance offices. New hires process, ensuring all employment documents are valid and updated, signing all the needed official documents (contract, form 1 .., etc.) also creating their profile & finger print on the system. Responsible for recording and updating database and preparing the related needed reports. Supporting in different recruitment tasks (employment fairs, posting ads, screening, filtering, interviewing, candidate evaluation, reference check and sending offers).
