• Job Details:Catering to a select number of residential and commercial clientele, I serve as a guide for furnishing selection and installation processes. I work with independent local and on-line retailers to provide my clients with surroundings that suit their personality and lifestyle. - Collaborated with clients to determine the requirements and develop the end goal of the project. - Sketched preliminary design plans by taking as built dimensions. - Specified materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures in accordance with the client’s requirements. - Prepared the final plans on AutoCAD which include the layouts for new architecture, false ceiling, tiling, electrical, and mechanical fixtures. - Created project schedules and estimated project costs. - Supervised the main contractor on site in order to achieve the required quality. - Ensured that the schedule and cost allocated to the project were respected. - Managed the manufacturing unit to control the production of furniture and ensure its accordance with the final plans and the specified material.
