    • Job Details: G(irls)20 is a Canadian non-profit organization that runs several programs all with the aim of the economic empowerment of women and increasing the number of women in decision making roles.  I work on the summit evaluation team. My job is to design evaluation forms which are then filled by summit delegates. I then analyze the results and present them in an appropriate manner to the board to help design the next summit  I also take part in the communication team where I work on designing pitches to reach out to potential donors as well as maintain communication with previous delegates and increase media coverage.  Lastly, I am part of the screening and interviewing team for potential delegates.
