- Job Details: G(irls)20 is a Canadian non-profit organization that runs several programs all with the aim of the economic empowerment of women and increasing the number of women in decision making roles. I work on the summit evaluation team. My job is to design evaluation forms which are then filled by summit delegates. I then analyze the results and present them in an appropriate manner to the board to help design the next summit I also take part in the communication team where I work on designing pitches to reach out to potential donors as well as maintain communication with previous delegates and increase media coverage. Lastly, I am part of the screening and interviewing team for potential delegates.

- Job Details: One of the major projects I worked on was a people centered evaluation of public hospitals. I then translated the findings of the evaluations into policy briefs that were presented to government officials. I worked on a project to introduce non-profit children’s rehab centres in underprivileged areas. My work consisted of field research to scope providers of rehab services in such areas as well as measure access and utilization. I performed desk based research on the presence of palliative care in Egypt

Mandela Rhodes Scholarship- The Scholarship is for African leaders to pursue their Masters at any university in South Africa. It has a leadership component to it where several workshops are carried in order to hone the different skills of the scholars.
