• Identify training needs from functional analysis and performance evaluation by communicating with concerned managers to develop the internal and external training plan.
• Supervising the implementation of the internal training plan.

Compensation and Benefits Duties:
• Implement the company's medical care plan, follow-up in terms of usage and remittances required, cancellation of subscriptions, introduction of new subscribers after passing the preparation period and preparation and make a report every 3 months.
• Negotiate with medical care companies to obtain the best offers before the completion of the annual medical care contract by at least two months.
