Employee relation:
Employee Relations covers all communications between the business and employees from an HR perspective.
1. Conducting the exit interviews and conduct exit interview report by the end of each month.
2. Communicate among all departments and with managers
3. Finalize the clearance letter of the exited colleagues, and send a weekly report of the resignations status.
4. Sending greeting cards in the case of (birthday – new baby born – Marriage – send monthly mail to all for new hire) - and Condolences emails in the cases of Death.

a. Contact with hotels & Tourist Companies to arrange for reservation and to make the deal with them.
b. Prepare all equipments needed for meeting inside the room reserved
c. Arrange for the meeting agenda
d. Arrange programs for trips
e. Collect and implement presentations
f. Coordination and delivery of the program of the meeting

6. Updating the colleagues with date/ time of the trainings.
7. Updating the colleagues with any new news (Vacations – Announcements )
8. Updating the HR Forms.
9. Updating the new hires with the needed hiring documents to be delivered to the personnel department.
10. Updating the new hires with orientation date/ time.
11. managing employee participation in management decisions
12. dealing with conflict and grievance resolution
13. Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
14. Resignation process including exit interview
15. Assisting in the company car project:
- Collect company car requests.
- delivering the cars.
- Follow up with the concerned party in the case of accidents – maintenance (fleet – finance )
16. do surveys for new policies




Act as recruiter: work on all recruitment process
1. post recruitment adv.;
2. screening resumes
3. Setting appointments for the HR interviews.
4. interviewing applicants,
5. contact managers and follow up with them
