• Job Details:• Compare and recommend offers from contractors and select the best offer. • Review all bid analyses and present them to the Project Manager & Client for approval. • Prepare the inquiries with proper technical specifications as per the tender and understanding of quotations with respect to contractual requirement. • Evaluate the bids to decide which offer best suits project requirements. • Coordination with technical people (architectural & interior departments) about the scope of work. • Direct contact with the suppliers to get the best price. • Use the Project management skills to negotiate, deal with the contractors. • Bill of Quantity Calculations & Specs by CSI standards according to project requirements. • Revise all Calculations & specs related to the project with my team. • Discovering the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships. • Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms. • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services. • Finalize details of orders and deliveries. • Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts. • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. • Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. • Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies. • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

ARCHITECTFull Time

• Job Details:• Co-ordinate effectively with architectural and structural disciplines. • Co-ordinate all specialist subcontractors such as Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing Engineers. • Review work shop drawing and record reports progress . • Preparing design development & presentation drawing for the clients. • Preparing & issuing the construction drawing (plans, interior, sections and details). • Co-ordinate with structural & Electro Mechanical consultants
